We want you to be completely satisfied with your QuietLab purchase. If you’re not, we’ve made the refund process simple and hassle-free.

Eligibility for Refunds

Try our mouthpiece for 30 nights, and if it’s not working for you, just let us know! You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a refund. To start the process, simply email us at support@tryquietlab.com with your order details and proof of purchase.

How to Request a Refund

Confirmation: Wait for our confirmation before sending back your item. Any items returned without approval won’t be accepted.

Return address: We’ll provide you with the return shipping address after confirming your request.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the approval. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval. You’ll be refunded to the original payment method unless we agree on a different method.

Consumer Complaint - Faulty Product:

If the goods you purchased are defective, you have the right to make a claim.
